2. Park Access and Admission

Admission to AdventureJoy Park is subject to availability and our operational schedule. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the park for any reason, including but not limited to violation of park rules, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns. All tickets and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Valid identification may be required for certain ticket types. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times within the park premises.

Special events, seasonal operations, and weather conditions may affect park hours and attraction availability. We are not responsible for any attractions that are temporarily closed for maintenance, weather-related issues, or other operational reasons. 3. Safety Rules and Regulations

Your safety is our top priority. All guests must follow posted safety instructions, height requirements, age restrictions, and health warnings for each attraction. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from the attraction or the park without refund. Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations should consult with park staff before participating in any attractions. We strongly recommend reading all safety signage and listening carefully to ride operator instructions.

For your safety and the safety of others, the following items are prohibited in the park: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, outside food and beverages (except for special dietary needs), pets (except service animals), drones, professional photography equipment without prior authorization, and any items deemed dangerous by park management. Guests may be subject to security screening before entering the park.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Adventure park activities involve inherent risks, and by participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Secure storage lockers are available for rent throughout the park. We recommend leaving valuable items at home or securing them in provided lockers before enjoying attractions. The park is not liable for any personal injuries resulting from failure to follow posted rules, instructions, or safety guidelines.

5. Photography and Media Rights

By entering AdventureJoy Park, you grant us the irrevocable right to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken of you or your group during your visit for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify park staff upon entry. The park employs security cameras throughout the premises for safety and security purposes.

Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use. However, the use of selfie sticks, tripods, or other photography equipment may be restricted on certain attractions for safety reasons. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission from park management.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward other guests, park staff, and park property. Inappropriate behavior including but not limited to harassment, violence, vandalism, theft, public intoxication, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from the park and may result in legal action. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

Guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times. Shirts and shoes are required throughout the park. Certain attractions may have specific dress code requirements for safety reasons. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. The park is a family-friendly environment, and we ask all guests to use appropriate language and behavior.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the AdventureJoy Park website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of AdventureJoy Park or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The AdventureJoy Park name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AdventureJoy Park.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

AdventureJoy Park shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, storms, or other severe weather conditions; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; government regulations or restrictions; power failures; strikes or labor disputes; or any other events beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
